About Suol Therapy

Suol Therapy grew out of my new found love for self and a big dream.  I was searching for my self love again, looking for the woman I had lost along the way being a wife and mother. Journaling became one of my greatest intentional acts. My journal entries became my love letters to God and allowed me to connect with the divine and myself like never before. During this time I experienced a  rebirth, real freedom that pushed me to pursue my dreams. 

Suol Therapy is a combination of mind, body, and soul by providing custom products that express and encourage practices that make women feel beautiful, seen, heard, and protected. Our hair, bonnets and journals are tailored to suit all women. I hope you take the affirmations and love put into these products as a reflection of your love for self and others.
